Client is a leading engineering
college in Kerala. AWH Engineering
College was started, as a prestigious
project of the Association for
Welfare of the Handicapped (AWH)
in 2001.It is a private self-financing
college fully committed to provide
quality education for the all-round
development of engineering students.

Situation |
AWH Engineering College is
a giant community consisting
of teachers, students and
management. The community
need communicate with the
outside World as well as should
have a healthy communication
within the organization also
several means are available
for outside communication
including a website. But intra
organizational communication
was a real challenge for the
organization. The students
and teachers of the College
who deal with technology demands
a faster hi tech mode of communication.

| Thousands
of students are studying in
AWH Engineering campus. They
belong to different streams
and also will be in different
semesters of their study. So
a system was needed to make
the communication between the
administration, teachers and
students hassle free. In a college
where technology is taught,
a technology backed high –speed,
hi tech communication system
was the need of the hour.

| Aufait
designed an Intranet for the
client. The application has
two interfaces, one for the
students and other for the teachers.
Both have separate user name
and password. The inception
of this online application considerably
reduced the distance between
the teacher and the student.

on the intranet. Students can
access it and finish their work.
Mark sheets can also be submitted
in the intranet.

in the college website and they
will be provided with a log
in name and password. They can
login to find out their marks,
grades and assignments online.
